Privacy policy

Tak-Oh is a food truck based in Kelowna, British Columbia. This page explains what happens to the information you send us through this website.

What we collect. If you fill in one of our forms, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you write in the message. That is all. We ask for nothing else, and there is no account to create.

Why we collect it. To answer you. If you are asking about catering, we use it to prepare a quote and arrange your event. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with anyone else, and we do not use it to send you marketing you did not ask for.

Where it is kept. Your message is stored on our website's servers and in our email. We keep enquiries for as long as we may reasonably need them for the conversation they belong to, and no longer.

Cookies and tracking. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking. We do not build a profile of you, and nothing you do here follows you to another website.

Your choices. You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the form on our Catering & events page, or call the number at the foot of every page, and we will take care of it.

Changes. If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page.
